Pawnee Mental Health Rural Riley County Fund

Pawnee Mental Health is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals and families through compassionate, person-centered behavioral health and recovery services. For more than 67 years, Pawnee has served as a trusted partner in mental health care across ten counties in north central Kansas, reaching over 7,000 people annually with services ranging from counseling and therapy to crisis intervention and psychiatric care.
This year, we focus donations on sustaining and strengthening our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Since 2019, the CSU has been our region's essential mental health safety net, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The 11-bed facility manages Pawnee's crisis hotline, conducts emergency evaluations, and provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Many residents of Rural Riley County rely on services delivered through the CSU, underscoring its critical role in our community. Your support helps us continue to offer hope, stability, and care to those who need it most, whenever they need it.
