City of Riley Community Building Fund
The City of Riley Community Building Fund supports a shared vision: to create a welcoming, multi-use space that strengthens community ties and serves future generations. Inspired by the determination and legacy of those who came before us, this effort is about more than bricks and mortar—it’s about cultivating a stronger, more connected community through shared spaces, meaningful experiences, and lasting relationships.
Established under the Rural Riley County Community Foundation, this privately funded initiative will make a long-standing dream a reality without increasing city or county taxes. Located in the heart of Riley City Park, the new Community Building will be constructed in three thoughtful phases: the central facility, enhancements to the playground and public restrooms, and the addition of a public storm shelter. Once complete, the building will be operated by the City of Riley and open to all. As planning and fundraising continue, we invite all neighbors and friends to be part of building something that truly brings us together.
